1st Shift Production Operator

Vermont Cider Company is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating machinery, ensuring production efficiency, and maintaining quality standards. This role requires a commitment to safety and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time position on the 1st shift, with a schedule from Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Join us at Vermont Cider Company and be a part of our commitment to quality and excellence in beverage production!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment

- Ensure production processes run smoothly and efficiently

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
