As an Administrative Assistant 1, you will be responsible for attending various meetings with municipal officials and engineers to provide guidance on waterline grants, administrative processes, and cost reimbursement invoices. You will play an active role in developing scopes of work and negotiating township or municipality (grantee) solicitor/engineering fees prior to a grant’s execution. In addition, you will manage regional contracts and waterline grants, including the development and management of contracts such as bottled water, laboratory, property appraisal, lawn mowing, and fence repair contracts.
