We are currently seeking an outstanding Part Time Administrative Assistant for our Facilities Operations Department.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities:
- Compile and maintain asset list to include but not be limited to serial numbers, model numbers, location of the equipment, manufacturer and service contacts, purchase price, areas served by a piece of equipment or any special mode of operation. Research manufacturer and or internet for O&M manuals, parts list, drawings. Etc.
- Preparing, logging, and issuing approved purchase orders.
- Order supplies and materials as requested. Order appliances and add assets into the Worxhub System.
- Receiving material and supplies. Entering supplies into inventory and balancing inventory. Establish and monitor just in time system for supplies.
- Maintain Health Center QAPI survey logs and ensure required tests and inspections are done on schedule. Notify Director of any delays that may impact target dates.
- Answer phones and follow up with Director.
- Prepares and maintains reports for Property Committee Meetings, reports as requested from E.D., Director, or residents.
- Enter and maintain the capital budget, operating budget, and PO log.
- Reconcile credit card accounts.
- Gather resident charges and log and submit to Accounting.
- Other duties assigned.
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively and perform basic arithmetic.
- High School graduate with advanced trade school and continuing education background needed.
- High level of customer service orientation.
- Must have excellent Excel and Microsoft Office computer skills. Must be able multitask several excel spreadsheets simultaneously. Sufficient computer literacy to be able to learn new software programs rapidly.
- Will require Drug Screen and Background Investigation
