Job Description

Duties
Provide general administrative and technical support to the team
Maintain a variety of records
Assist with the collection, organization and analysis of data
Organize, maintain and update electronic files and templates
Track and file binding documents, policies and invoices, reviewing for accuracy and consistency
Work with marketing on the development of internal and external education, marketing and presentation materials
Assume responsibility for coordinating various department projects and initiatives in support of business and department goals and objectives
Support the local Executives, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements and processing expense reports
Qualifications
5+ years of administrative experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Salary: $30.00 - $42.00
Compensation: In addition to base pay, eligible for discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.
