Why Work Here
  1. High-Impact, "Small Team" Culture: With a staff size typically between 11 and 50 people, you aren't just a cog in a machine.
    • Direct Purpose: Your work in water treatment, roadway maintenance, or emergency services has a visible impact on the safety and quality of life for roughly 1,900 luxury homes.
    • Professional Growth: The District emphasizes continuing education.
    • Stability: Metropolitan Districts provide essential services (water, sewer, roads), making these roles highly stable even during economic downturns.
  2. Iconic Work Environment: The "office" isn't a standard industrial park; it’s nestled in the foothills of the Rockies.
    • Scenic Location: You’ll work among rock outcroppings, ponderosa pines, and abundant wildlife, with panoramic views of the Front Range.
    • Modern Infrastructure: The District has recently invested in significant infrastructure updates (water systems and wastewater lines), meaning you'll often work with modern technology and proactive maintenance programs rather than just "putting out fires."
  3. Community Reputation: The Village at Castle Pines is a covenant-controlled community known for "unquestionable integrity." Working here means upholding high standards of professionalism and being part of a team that residents trust to manage their most critical resources.
