Position Overview
Misselwood at Endicott College is a breathtaking oceanfront estate with historic charm, offering panoramic views and serving as the premier location for world-class events in Beverly, MA. We are seeking a skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to provide essential administrative support to the Misselwood Events team.
Reporting to the Executive Director, this role plays a crucial part in ensuring the efficient operation of the department by handling various administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and maintaining effective communication with staff and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and communication skills and understanding of the hospitality industry.

Core Competencies
Qualifications and Skills
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of three years of experience as an administrative assistant, preferably supporting a busy executive, leadership team, and/or events office.
Exceptional time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, without sacrificing the quality of work.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clear, concise, and professional written correspondence.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Outstanding customer service skills and a proactive approach to providing timely solutions.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Demonstrated ability to manage logistics, scheduling, and administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite, Adobe Sign, EMS, and Heartland, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software quickly.
In compliance with Massachusetts pay transparency law, the hourly pay range for this position is $24.00–$27.00 per hour. Endicott College considers factors such as (but not limited to) job responsibilities, relevant experience, skills, internal equity, and external market data when determining pay. The final hourly rate is determined by the Human Resources Office based on these factors. This range reflects base pay only and does not include benefits or other compensation.
