As a Regional Assistant Maintenance Manager, you’ll be the critical link between operations leadership and our clients, driving results while building your long-term career.
 

What Your Day Looks Like

  • Site Leadership – Oversee multiple facilities to maintain exceptional operational and maintenance standards.
  • Morning Strategy Meetings – Align teams on priorities, safety updates, and operational goals.
  • Work Order Management – Prioritize and delegate preventive and corrective maintenance based on technician strengths and site needs.
  • Facility Walkthroughs – Proactively identify maintenance issues, equipment concerns, safety risks, and cleanliness opportunities.
  • Safety First Culture – Lead training, audits, and compliance efforts to ensure every site runs safely and efficiently.
  • Data & Performance Tracking – Analyze maintenance metrics to improve uptime and drive operational improvements.
  • Team Development – Coach and support technicians through leadership, training, and performance development.


What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree OR 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience
  • Experience: 3+ years leading maintenance teams and programs
  • Technical Background: Conveyor systems and robotics maintenance experience preferred
  • Multi-Site Leadership experience required


Salary: $95,000 – $116,000 + 10% bonus opportunity


Schedule: Flexible based on-site needs; on-call availability required across multiple locations.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $ 102,000.00 - $120,000.00
