Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>Represent private equity sponsors, banks, and private credit lenders in structuring and negotiating term and revolving loan facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisitions, and corporate growth initiatives.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>Draft and negotiate commitment papers, credit agreements, and collateral documents with precision and efficiency.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>Collaborate with cross -functional teams to deliver comprehensive legal solutions in complex financing transactions.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>Qualifications:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>Juris Doctor from a top -tier law school with outstanding academic credentials.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>3–6 years of experience in debt finance, specifically representing private equity sponsors and/or lenders in leveraged finance transactions.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>Proficiency in drafting and negotiating key financing documents, including commitment letters, credit agreements, and security instruments.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>Admission to the State Bar of the location you are applying or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.<\/span>
