What You'll Do:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to identify process improvements
- Translate data into actionable recommendations
- Support project delivery from discovery through implementation
Qualifications
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
- Strong skills in data analysis, process mapping, and documentation
- Experience with JIRA, SQL, or similar tools a plus
- Excellent communicator — written and verbal
