Job Description<\/b>

The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will own and drive the company’s end -to -end revenue strategy, delivering sustainable growth across all revenue -generating functions. Working closely with the leadership team, the CRO will align sales, marketing, product, supply chain, and finance to achieve revenue and profitability targets in a competitive FMCG environment.

  • Lead and scale high -performing sales teams with clear targets and accountability.

    • Drive strong integration between sales and marketing to enhance customer engagement.

      • Work with product and supply chain teams to ensure offerings meet customer and market needs.

      • Partner with finance on forecasting, budgeting, and revenue performance management.

      • Collaborate with logistics and distribution to reduce cost -to -serve while achieving OTIF targets.

        • Track and analyze KPIs, distributor stock levels, demand -supply data, and sell -in/sell -out trends.

        • Use insights to refine strategies, improve conversion, and reduce churn.

        • Build a performance -driven culture internally and across distributor and retail partners.

            • Own revenue and commercial budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

              Requirements<\/h3>
              • Bachelor’s degree; MBA or equivalent preferred.

                <\/span><\/li>
              • Minimum 15 years’ experience in senior sales, marketing, or revenue leadership roles within FMCG.

                <\/span><\/li>
              • Proven track record of driving revenue growth in highly competitive markets.

                <\/span><\/li>
              • Strong experience across multiple channels, including domestic and export markets (OEM and house brands).

                <\/span><\/li>
              • Commercially astute, data -driven, and highly execution -focused.

                <\/span><\/li>
              • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

              • Comfortable operating in a fast -paced, complex environment.
