The Clerical Assistant 2 in this position will scan, verify, and prepare all Criminal History fingerprint cards and documents in order for them to be entered into the automated Integra Archive system. Once entered all units within the Bureau may access imaged Criminal History data. Remove criminal jacket and replace with properly completed charge-out card to distribute to other Units within the Bureau in order for work to be completed efficiently and effectively.
