The PA State Police are searching for a Clerical Assistant 2 who will provide clerical support to the Investigative Records Section of the Bureau of Records and Identification. The Clerical Assistant 2 in this position will process incoming and outgoing mail for the Investigative Records Section. Filing Criminal Incident Reports as well as other related reports as appropriate and in compliance with filing requirements. Additional responsibilities include processing requests for copies of Criminal Incident Reports from within the Department, as well as from outside agencies, ensuring processing is completed in a timely manner. Assists in handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls from the public and their representatives, as well as from field personnel and other agencies with any questions related to criminal investigative reports and filing.
