Project Manager – K-12 Construction | Southeast Michigan
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee K-12 construction projects in Southeast Michigan. You will work closely with clients, design teams, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required standards.
You will play a key role in driving tight summer construction schedules, coordinating closely with school districts to meet critical milestones and occupancy deadlines. This includes managing phasing plans, material lead times, and trade coordination to avoid disruption to the academic calendar.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in construction project management, is highly organized, and is comfortable working independently while leading project teams. Proven experience delivering K-12 or public-sector construction projects under strict timelines is essential.
