What You’ll Be Doing

• Greeting guests and setting the tone from the moment they walk in
• Managing reservations and keeping things running smoothly
• Seating guests and showing them how to get the most out of Punch Bowl Social
• Answering phones and taking take-out orders
• Keeping the lobby clean, safe, and guest-ready
• Teaming up with coworkers to deliver next-level hospitality
