WHAT ARE THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB?<\/b>
<\/div>
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Territory Managers across California and Arizona.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Drive consistent execution of the regional sales strategy aligned with national objectives.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Own regional performance, forecasting, and achievement of revenue and growth targets.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Spend significant field time coaching reps on prospecting, closing, account growth, and clinical conversations.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent as the region expands.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Represent the organization at key meetings, events, and industry functions.<\/span>

    Education & Training<\/b>
    <\/div>
    • A Bachelor’s degree is required, but a combination of education and relevant experience will be considered in place of a degree.

      Work Experience & Accomplishments<\/b>
      <\/div>
      • 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience.
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Proven success in managing and coaching field\-based sales teams.
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Background in the dental industry is strongly preferred, and experience with implant or regenerative solutions is highly valued.
        <\/span><\/li>
      • A track record of growing regions, developing talent, and exceeding targets.
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Experience working for manufacturers rather than distributors is preferred.
