Designs, implements and directs the programming and curriculum for the Clinical Pastoral Education Program. Maintains compliance with national educational ACPE Standards. Provides leadership and sets direction for the Spiritual Care department in assigned areas. Manages employee performance of Chaplains, Chaplain Residents and Interns, and Volunteers. Manages daily operations while providing spiritual care to patients, families, staff and volunteers of Geisinger.Job Duties:
