Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of project tasks and deliverables
• Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking
• Maintain project documentation, including plans, timelines, and status reports
• Support project managers in tracking project progress and budgets
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding project updates
• Assist in the identification and mitigation of project risks and issues

Requirements

• A strong passion for film, television, and media production.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with the production team.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
