Siemens Healthineers Diagnostics, Core Lab Solutions (CLS) Supply Chain Management (SCM) is seeking a financial analyst at the Walpole manufacturing site, home of the Immunoassay reagent production for the Atellica and Centaur product lines. Reporting to the Finance Director within Walpole Finance, the role is responsible for a broad range of SCM FI topics around ensuring correct books & records, driving productivity, and providing site management with financial insights for data-based decision making. The candidate must bring high levels of reliability, thoroughness and IT savvy to successfully fill this role and will receive the opportunity to acquire vast knowledge in factory controlling and to grow a meaningful career in SCM.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, track and forecast capital investments and depreciation
  • Responsible for uploading the forecast and budget financials in the internal system “Jedox”
  • Lead the GR/IR reconciliation and support the WAP shoppers to ensure on-time invoice payments
  • Lead digitalization projects; e.g. efficient extraction and visualization of data using PowerBI, IT-based solution for CAPEX management, etc.
  • Support the Walpole productivity efforts by reporting measures in One Puma Web (OPW)
  • Be the SME in our payment systems to support the purchasing community
  • Miscellaneous SAP roles (scrap processing, journal entries, etc.)
  • Miscellaneous monthly reporting

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

  • BS/BA or advanced degree in Finance or related discipline
  • 2+ years of successful experience in finance or related field and successful demonstration of key responsibilities and SCM knowledge
  • High proficiency in MS Excel, SAP and PowerBI
  • Strong appreciation for the importance of ensuring accuracy at all levels of financial reporting
  • Ability and desire to plan, control, and contribute to solving problems
  • Strong “Can-do-attitude”
  • Self-driven and resourceful to meet deadlines, achieve goals, work independently as well as in teams
  • Flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules, and priorities
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication, writing and reporting skills to effectively communicate financial information

The base pay range for this position is:

$78,070 - $107,349

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
