Requirements

• 4+ years of full\-stack engineering experience (Senior\/L4+ level strongly preferred)

  2+ years of meaningful tenure at a company backed by top\-tier venture capital firms, such as:
  <\/div>

  Greylock, a16z, Sequoia, Lightspeed, Bessemer, Benchmark, Kleiner Perkins, General Catalyst, First Round, Khosla Ventures, Redpoint, or similar
  <\/div>

  <\/p><\/li>

• <\/p>

  Experience working in high\-bar engineering organizations, including:
  <\/div>

  FAANG, well\-known unicorns, or venture\-funded startups recognized by TechCrunch
  <\/div>

  <\/p><\/li>

• <\/p>

  Proven ability to drive measurable business outcomes, such as:
  <\/div>

  Built X product\/feature → improved Y metric by Z%<\/i>
  <\/div>

  <\/p><\/li>

• Early\-stage startup experience (Series A–C) or having worked as a founder\/co\-founder is a strong plus
  <\/p><\/li>

• Experience building, scaling, or optimizing core platform, product, or infrastructure systems

  Education
  <\/h3>

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS\/Undergrad) in Computer Science or related engineering field<\/p><\/li> <\/ul>

    Technical Skills (Hard Skills)

    • React experience is mandatory (this is a non\-negotiable requirement)
      <\/p><\/li>

    • TypeScript, Node.js, or server\-side engineering experience preferred
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Strong expertise in at least one domain:
      <\/p>

      • Frontend (UI, React, performance, design systems)
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Backend (APIs, databases, distributed systems)
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Infrastructure\/Cloud (DevOps, scalability, CI\/CD, system reliability)
        <\/p><\/li> <\/ul><\/li>

      • Active open\-source contributions or personal projects demonstrating engineering depth
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Experience shipping production\-grade code with clean architecture and strong fundamentals<\/p><\/li> <\/ul>
