The IDB Group is looking for an active undergraduate student to be hired as an intern under the Consultant modality.
The 2026 Summer Internship Program is a competitive, paid opportunity based at IDB Group Headquarters. It offers university students hands-on exposure to development finance and private-sector solutions, enabling them to gain professional-level experience through on-the-job learning.
This internship will sit within the Blended Finance Division and will focus on evaluating a portfolio of blended-finance projects from both financial and impact perspectives, supporting the mobilization of private capital for climate, sustainability, and inclusive growth outcomes in emerging markets.
Education: An active undergraduate (bachelor’s) student in a quantitative or analytically rigorous field, such as Mathematics (applied or theoretical), Economics, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, Data Science. The graduation date should be after the Internship period.
Languages: Languages: Fluency in English with a working knowledge of one other Bank language (Spanish, French, or Portuguese) is a plus.
