Pay & Benefits

Machine Operator roles: $21–$25/hour depending on experience + $1.50 shift differential
General Production roles: Starting at $19/hour + $1.50 shift differential

Schedule – 12 Hour Shift Rotation

Our production team works a 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule:

Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

You’ll work 2 days on, 2 days off, then 3 days on, giving you built-in long weekends every other week. This schedule provides great work-life balance while still offering strong earning potential.

What You’ll Do

  • Operate and monitor food production and packaging equipment
  • Inspect, package, and label products according to specifications
  • Perform quality checks and sanitation tasks
  • Follow food safety and safety guidelines (USDA, FDA, HACCP, GMP)
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Work with your team to meet daily production goals
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in food manufacturing or production preferred
  • Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail
  • Ability to lift up to 60–70 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work in hot, cold, or loud manufacturing environments
  • Basic reading, math, and communication skills
  • Reliable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude
  • Willingness to learn, train, and grow with the company
