  • Responsible for business coordination, ticket triage and prioritization, stakeholder communication, and ensuring strategic use of support hours including backlog resolution
  • This is a coordination and governance role and does not perform technical ticket resolution. New Jersey-based, 80 hours/month

Managed Services Delivery Manager

Position Summary

  • The Onsite Delivery Manager is the single point of accountability for Oracle Cloud Application Managed Services delivery at a designated customer account
  • This role provides onsite/onshore coordination across ERP and EPM support streams, ensuring better alignment across teams, improved forecasting and planning, and more strategic use of support hours, including backlog resolution and future initiatives
  • The purpose of this role is to streamline communication, enhance responsiveness
  • This is a coordination and governance role focused on delivery oversight, not technical execution

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the single point of accountability across ERP and EPM managed services delivery for the customer
  • Provide business coordination between Datavail delivery teams and customer stakeholders 
  • Lead initiative planning, including identification and prioritization of future work and strategic use of support hours 
  • Perform L3 ticket triage, assign, prioritize, and route tickets to appropriately skilled resources 
  • Drive backlog resolution strategy 
  • Own stakeholder communication, including regular status updates and escalation management 
  • Streamline communication and enhance responsiveness across teams
