Position Summary

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will play a key role in upholding the Club’s high standards and enhancing the overall member experience.  Assist in maintaining Men's Locker room towels, cleanliness and Member's shoe cleaning and preparation as necessary.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and standards

· Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service to members and guests

· Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area

· Process transactions accurately using the Club’s POS system

· Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure smooth operations

· Uphold all safety, sanitation, and Club policies

Qualifications

· Previous bartending experience preferred (private club or upscale environment a plus)

· Knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, and beer service

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced setting

· Commitment to providing exceptional hospitality

· The ability to be on your feet for extended periods

· Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays

· Must obtain and maintain required alcohol service certification
