Packer-Production Bonus Eligible

This position is an hourly rate along with a production bonus based on your performance.

This position is full-time non-exempt position located in McHenry, IL. The pay for this position is $16.56 per hour and production bonus eligible. Any pay range disclosed is based upon a combination of neutral factors such as required qualifications, experience, education, skill, training, certifications, seniority, etc. Follett Content Solutions reserves the right to provide any successful candidate a salary at the most appropriate level set as a result of such candidate’ qualifications, experience, education, skill, training, certifications or seniority.

The Packer performs a wide variety of physical and clerical tasks associated with shipment of supplies and finished products. Ensures outgoing shipments are correctly assembled, packaged, protected, and labeled to minimize delivery problems.

• Specially pack, wrap, and reinforce units per packaging requirements. Use computer software to review, select, and print shipping information. Mark identifying information and instructions on containers as needed.
• Maintain inventory and stock shelves with supplies and maintain clean and safe work area.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds
• Must be able to walk/stand for up to 8 hours a day
