Job Summary:<\/b>

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. In this role, you’ll work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high -quality, hands -on care that helps patients recover strength, mobility, and independence. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for patient -centered therapy.

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>

  • Deliver physical therapy services as prescribed by the supervising Physical Therapist
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Assist with the implementation of individualized treatment plans
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Monitor and document patient progress, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Maintain open communication with the care team, patients, and families
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Prepare and maintain treatment areas, following all safety and cleanliness standards
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Support with patient scheduling, documentation, and administrative tasks as needed
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Follow all state and federal regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA standards
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Participate in continuing education and team in -services to stay current with clinical best practices
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Qualifications:<\/b>
    <\/p>

    • Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program (CAPTE)
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Current and valid state license/certification to practice as a PTA
      <\/p><\/li>

    • CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Comfortable lifting and supporting patients and performing physical tasks throughout the shift
      <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      Preferred Skills:<\/b>
      <\/p>

      • Previous experience in outpatient rehab or orthopedics
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Knowledge of EMR systems and standard therapy equipment
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Familiarity with productivity tracking and insurance documentation
        <\/p><\/li><\/ul>
