At Lightweight Manufacturing, you’re not just learning a task — you’re developing a career with long-term potential in a company that values your contributions.  Requirements Must be 18 years or older HS Diploma/GED required Eligible to work in the United States (We are an E-Verify participant) Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English Basic knowledge of measurements (Knowledge of the metric system a plus!) Employees work as a team to move large/heavy fabric panels. The role involves physical tasks such as bending, standing, working on the floor, handling large/heavy objects, talking, and hearing. Associates will occasionally be required to sit, stoop, kneel, or reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, and color vision.
