Production Worker - Concrete Finishing

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/b>:<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

• Concrete Production<\/span><\/span><\/b>: Assist in the preparation, pouring, and finishing of concrete for large commercial projects, including floors, walls, and foundations.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Mixing & Pouring<\/span><\/span><\/b>: Assist with the mixing of concrete ingredients to ensure proper consistency and pour ability, following project specifications.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Surface Preparation<\/span><\/span><\/b>: Smooth and level freshly poured concrete, preparing surfaces for additional treatments, including polishing or stamping.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Tool Operation<\/span><\/span><\/b>: Use hand tools (trowels, floats, edgers) and power tools (power trowels, grinders) to achieve desired finishes.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Material Handling<\/span><\/span><\/b>: Transport and organize materials to the job site, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Teamwork<\/span><\/span><\/b>: Collaborate with other workers, including finishers, foremen, and laborers, to ensure smooth project workflow and on\-time completion.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Quality Assurance<\/span><\/span><\/b>: Assist in inspecting finished concrete surfaces for defects or imperfections and make necessary adjustments.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Safety Compliance<\/span><\/span><\/b>: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.<\/span>

  Requirements<\/h3>

  Experience<\/span><\/span><\/b>: Previous experience in concrete work or construction is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate.<\/span>

  Physical Stamina<\/span><\/span><\/b>: Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs), stand for long periods, and work in various weather.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  Attention to Detail<\/span><\/span><\/b>: Ability to perform quality checks on the concrete surface and ensure that finishes meet required specifications.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  Team Player<\/span><\/span><\/b>: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  Safety Awareness<\/span><\/span><\/b>: Must adhere to safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective gear.<\/span>
