We are seeking a talented, experienced, and highly motivated Project Manager / Draftsperson to join our team. This is a dynamic role ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong AutoCAD and/or Inventor skills and a background in millwork, home construction, or custom furniture manufacturing. Key Responsibilities
Develop accurate CAD drawings from hand sketches, verbal input, and site visits.
Translate design concepts into detailed technical millwork and furniture drawings using AutoCAD.
Collaborate with clients, general contractors, and design consultants to create, revise, and finalize plans.
Interpret high-end architectural construction documents and interior detailing with precision.
Apply critical thinking and creativity to produce design solutions that are both functional and visually compelling.
Maintain organized and up-to-date project files on the server, ensuring clear version control.
Learn our product offerings to assist in the creation of accurate Bills of Materials (BOM).
Represent the company with professionalism while interacting with clients and high-profile accounts.
Manage assigned projects from concept through completion, ensuring efficient information flow across departments.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, Mechanical/Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience with AutoCAD; Inventor experience preferred or a strong willingness to learn.
Familiarity with CNC programming and BOM processes.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative project management team.
Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and general computer applications.
