The Staff Pad has partnered with a fast -growing, multi -state law firm that delivers high -quality legal services in civil litigation, probate, real estate, and business law. With <\/span>a strong reputation<\/span> for client advocacy and results, this firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney (Of Counsel) licensed in New Mexico.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/div>

This opportunity is <\/span><\/span><\/span>not a full -time employment role<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>. Instead, it is designed for a solo practitioner or small firm attorney <\/span>seeking<\/span> to supplement their existing practice. The arrangement offers <\/span>approximately 10<\/span>–15 hours per week, with flexibility to take on <\/span>additional<\/span> matters. Attorneys will partner with the firm in a revenue -sharing structure, earning up to 40% of revenue generated, while <\/span>maintaining<\/span> their independence and client base.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>

  • Advise clients on a wide range of real estate transactions and property matters.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, purchase agreements, and leases.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>

  • Address title, zoning, and land use issues.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>

  • Represent clients in disputes, negotiations, and litigation as needed.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>

    • Licensed<\/span> attorney in New Mexico.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • 8–10 years of experience in real estate law.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Expertise in both transactional real estate and related dispute resolution.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>

    • Strong client management, communication, and negotiation skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>

    • Ability to work independently in a flexible, remote environment.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
