RN Training Coordinator

Are you ready for the next step in your nursing career? Community Health of Central Washington has an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Director of Clinical Programing & Innovations (DCPI) to oversee the clinical training and competency evaluations of nurses and medical assistants and assist in clinical initiatives that support clinician-oriented, value-based care transitions across CHCW sites.

You will work with the CMO and DCPI to manage, inform, and implement projects that align strategic priorities related to value-based care transitions with clinical workflow standardization and optimization. In this role, you will establish, train and evaluate role-based competencies, skills checklists and recertification plans tied to program needs and quality/safety standards. You will engage in routine patient care to maintain clinical practice, pilot new clinical initiatives, and create patient access specific to value-based care initiatives. 

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required
  • WA RN license is required
  • BLS is required
  • Experience as an RN in a clinical, ambulatory care setting with prior work experience at CHCW is preferred
  • Experience in nursing leadership, training, and/or education is preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance is required
  • Fall Prevention Certification is preferred or willingness to obtain is required

$41.69 - $51.68 hourly

$1.00 bilingual differential (must pass ALTA)
