DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Develop and maintain enterprise-grade Salesforce applications. Design scalable solutions across multiple Salesforce Clouds such as Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, Financial Services, Health, and Revenue Cloud. Build and manage CRMA dashboards, datasets, and dataflows for actionable insights. Optimize performance for large data volumes using indexing, skinny tables, and archiving. Gather and translate requirements into technical solutions using Agile practices. Conduct code reviews, mentor peers, and enforce design, security, and scalability best practices. Translate complex business needs into scalable, compliant technical solutions. Administer Salesforce orgs including security models, sharing rules, and automation tools.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Applied Computer Science, Computer Science, or related field of study plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, Salesforce Consultant, Technical Architect, IT Consultant, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Applied Computer Science, Computer Science, or related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, Salesforce Consultant, Technical Architect, IT Consultant, or related occupation..

Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following: developing and maintaining enterprise-grade Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and LWC (Lightning Web Components); using Flow Builder to optimize business processes and user experience; integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and middleware; using streaming APIs to enable seamless data exchange and real-time connectivity; implementing DevOps best practices using Git; implementing CI/CD with GitLab and Jenkins; using SFDX for streamlining the development, testing, and deployment processes in Salesforce environments, automating workflows, and improving version control; utilizing Automated Testing to streamline Salesforce development and deployment processes; integrating advanced Salesforce features such as Einstein Bots, Prompt Builder, or generative AI; implementing advanced security with Shield Encryption, Event Monitoring, and Field Audit Trail; working in Agile and Scrum environments for iterative development integrating advanced Salesforce features including Prompt Builder and Einstein Bots into a Salesforce customer service portal to automate responses; using generative AI to enhance automation and customer experience; implementing advanced security measures using Shield Encryption, Event Monitoring, and Field Audit Trail to safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliance; designing dynamic UI with Aura; automating processes using Flows; optimizing data access and search using SOQL and SOSL in Salesforce; integrating Salesforce Einstein AI for intelligent insights; using OAuth 2.0 to secure access to Salesforce APIs protecting customer data from unauthorized access; enabling telephony with CTI; connecting systems using MuleSoft for seamless data flow; handling large-scale data operations in Salesforce using Data Loader; using Bulk API to optimize Salesforce data imports; ensuring data security and visibility using Shield, OWD, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Role Hierarchies; leveraging Salesforce Inspector for analysis and building custom reports; building dashboards in Salesforce for actionable insights; building interactive, data-driven insights using CRMA; and creating dynamic dashboards in Salesforce to support real-time business decision-making.
