Technical Training Project Specialist

This is a full-time, hybrid (3 days a week on-site) position located at our Northbrook, IL office.

• Collaborate with technical training leadership to develop and implement yearly training calendars focused on standards and product-based learnings.
• Manage Learning Management Systems activities, including course creation, reporting and customer support.
• Manage administrative tasks such as ordering of supplies, vendor management / creation of purchase orders, and meeting coordination.
• Collaborate with technical training leadership to identify ways to increase efficiencies and productivity by utilization of approved AI tools and processes.
• Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Some university education in training, education or technical topic
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and digital tools preferred.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office tools; experience with Oracle-based systems ideal
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 to $85,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 1% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
