As a 2026 Behavioral Science Finance Intern in JPMorganChase, you will be offered variety, growth, and a great introduction to a range of projects and tasks. You will work along side industry leaders in our UX Behavioral Science teams and gain insight that few other firms can match.
The program is designed to provide a fixed-term on the job experience, and you will be expected to be available to work full-time starting from early June 2026 and for a period of up to 9 weeks. Roles exist in several areas of our Behavioral Science teams.
Job Responsibilities
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Currently pursuing a Master's or PhD in Behavioral Science/Economics, Psychology, Public Policy, Sociology, or a related field.
Familiarity with behavioral science principles, frameworks, methodologies
Quantitative skills required (cleaning raw data, reshaping datasets, statistical analysis)
Skilled in research design (user research, experimentation, or related methodologies)
Creative problem-solving skills and a user-centric mindset
Effective communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Proficiency with a data language (e.g., R, Python)
Experience applying experimental design to real world problems
Familiarity with AI or openness to learning more about AI
Familiarity with design frameworks and UX practices
Proficiency with design and research tools (e.g., figma, qualtrics, sketch, adobe XD)
Experience communicating data-driven results to diverse audiences
