We are seeking a highly organized, detail-focused, and personable Administrative Assistant who takes pride in keeping daily operations running smoothly and supporting colleagues across a busy human-service environment. The ideal candidate is approachable, professional, and service-oriented, with the ability to manage routine responsibilities consistently while also adapting to changing needs. Strong communication skills, reliability, and a commitment to follow-through are essential, as is comfort working within a structured setting where administrative work directly supports program effectiveness.

The Administrative Assistant provides hands-on clerical and front-office support that helps the agency stay organized and responsive. This role includes answering phones, greeting visitors, managing data entry and filing tasks, preparing routine correspondence and meeting materials, and assisting staff with tracking required paperwork and documentation. The position works closely with the Office Manager and supports multiple departments in maintaining efficient administrative processes.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Full-time hourly position
  • Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:00
  • $20 – $22 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Two to three years of administrative or clerical experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning electronic systems
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
