Commercial & Trusts and Estates Litigation Attorney

A well-established and growing law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its Hackensack office. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial and trusts & estates disputes while gaining hands-on litigation experience. • Conduct legal research and analysis related to commercial disputes and trusts & estates litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and settlement agreements
• Assist in developing litigation strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys
• Participate in court appearances, hearings, depositions, conferences, and negotiations
• Manage case files and support matters through all phases of the litigation process
• Communicate effectively with clients, including business clients, fiduciaries, and beneficiaries

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active admission to the New Jersey State Bar
• Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience
• Experience or exposure to commercial litigation and/or trusts & estates disputes preferred

• Salary range: $120,000 – $175,000, depending on experience and qualifications
