Commercial & Trusts and Estates Litigation Attorney
Location: Hackensack, NJ (Hybrid)

A well-established and growing law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its Hackensack office. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial and trusts & estates disputes while gaining hands-on litigation experience. Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis related to commercial disputes and trusts & estates litigation matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and settlement agreements
- Assist in developing litigation strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys
- Participate in court appearances, hearings, depositions, conferences, and negotiations
- Manage case files and support matters through all phases of the litigation process
- Communicate effectively with clients, including business clients, fiduciaries, and beneficiaries
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active admission to the New Jersey State Bar
- Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience
- Experience or exposure to commercial litigation and/or trusts & estates disputes preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $120,000 – $175,000, depending on experience and qualifications
- Hybrid flexibility (3x remote / 2x onsite)
