This role plays a critical part in maintaining the integrity, safety, and compliance of all work performed—particularly related to mechanical systems—under strict federal and military standards.

If you thrive in fast-paced, regulation-driven environments and have a solid background with USACE, NAVFAC, or DoD projects, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the development and execution of site-specific Quality Control Plans (QCPs) in alignment with federal contract standards

  • Conduct and document inspections, testing, and compliance checks throughout all phases of construction

  • Oversee mechanical scopes of work, verifying alignment with specifications and design documents

  • Ensure full compliance with EM 385-1-1, UFC standards, and other federal requirements

  • Maintain accurate and detailed daily QC reports, deficiency logs, and inspection records

  • Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and government stakeholders

  • Manage and review submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings to ensure compliance and quality

  • Lead regular QC and safety meetings to ensure proactive issue resolution and continuous improvement

What You Bring

  • Option 1: 5+ years of QC experience on federal projects + Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or something similar.

  • Option 2: 10+ years in mechanical construction with quality control oversight

  • Required: Certified in Construction Quality Management (CQM-C)

  • Strong working knowledge of USACE/NAVFAC/DoD protocols and federal safety standards

  • Self-starter with excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills

  • Must pass a drug screen and background check

  • U.S. citizenship or authorization to work in the U.S. required

Why Work With Us?

  • Be a key player in a project that supports national infrastructure and military readiness

  • Work in a stable, high-demand industry with long-term career potential

  • Join a team that prioritizes safety, integrity, and results

Compensation & Benefits

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance

  • 401(k) with company match
