Position Description:

The Data Analyst II in Legal Operations partners with attorneys and legal stakeholders to transform complex legal and operational data into clear, actionable insights. This role requires strong analytical thinking, hands‑on technical skills in data analysis and reporting tools, and the ability to ensure data accuracy and integrity across multiple sources. Success in this role also depends on clear communication skills and the aptitude to explain data‑driven findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences. This will have a hybrid work schedule with a planned three days in office per week(subject to change) and will office at our Downtown Tulsa location. This posting will close on March 4th. 


What You Will Do


Performs in-depth data analyses and reporting for our Legal department. Communicates results through presentations, reports, and memos to internal stakeholders. Uses data to improve business processes and decision-making.
Utilize analytical skills and available tools to perform in-depth analysis of both internal and 3rd party data to provide business recommendations.
Create customized presentations and reports that effectively and clearly communicate results to stakeholders.
Act as liaison between various departments for data collection and reporting.
Create reports based on business needs. Build, manage and analyze internal data sets by utilizing data analysis skills. Examine data sets and reports to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
Clearly communicate analytic results and post-event summaries to improve future business decisions.
Independently analyze data to identify significant differences, relationships and trends.
Translate customer data needs into concrete data mining tasks and execute them.
Improve data reporting and presentation methods.
Effectively present information management concepts and methods to non-technical users.
Assist with other analyses as requested by management.
Identify cause and solution of any data bugs or errors.
Regular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job.
Employee may be required to perform additional duties as assigned.

What You Will Need

Preferred Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's degree in business administration, math, statistics, related field, or an equivalent combination of formal education and the following job-related experience:
Experience with Microsoft Excel functions, including but not limited to:
  • Complex formulas
  • Pivot tables
  • Charts
  • Queries
  • Macros
Working knowledge of SAS or Microsoft Power BI products. Able to interact with data sources using various techniques, including but not limited to:
  • SQL Queries
  • Imports and exports
  • Report Development
  • Data Visualizations
Working knowledge of information extraction and analysis techniques, and practices.
Demonstrated ability to identify data relationships, complete data mining, and to create analytic solutions.
Working knowledge of statistical methods and data mining preferred.
Demonstrated ability of strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and prioritizing.
Demonstrated ability to interact and communicate effectively.
Mobility to travel in and around office facilities system wide.
Ability to communicate and/or exchange information or instructions and conduct oral presentations.
Visual abilities sufficient to perform job duties.
