Culinary Kitchen Dishwasher

Reports To: Kitchen Manager 

Shift Time: Monday - Friday; some Sundays 

Job Overview:  Maintains the cleanliness of the kitchen and other culinary utensils used for preparation and storage of the food products.  

Company Specific Responsibilities: 

• Wash, rinse and sanitize culinary tools and cookware
• Follow safety protocol for proper drying and storage of equipment
• Work comfortably in a fast paced environment
• Able to multitask
• Remove trash from production / kitchen rooms
• Complete other duties as assigned
• Demonstrating a positive work ethic 

Summary of (Physical) Requirements:

• 18 years or older
• Repetitively lifting (25lbs) 
• Push/Pull a trash cart (on wheels) through (indoor) building
• Ability to work in cool/cold temperatures for an extended period
• Be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Available for varied shifts including holidays, evenings, and Sundays
• Previous kitchen experience preferred
