Dishwasher

Avanti Mansion in Blasdell, NY is looking for a Part-Time dishwasher to join our culinary team! We are located at 4409 South Park Ave. in Blasdell. We are a banquet facility that specializes in executing Weddings on the weekends. Our facility is the only venue in Western New York to be a part of the Leading Caterers of America (LCA) group, an exclusive invite-only organization of the top caterers in the country.

Our ideal candidate is a team player, attentive, punctual, hard-working, and reliable. We are a team-oriented kitchen that enjoys having fun while having a passion for cooking.

This position is part-time and requires Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability, with occasional Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday availability required. Average of 15-20 hours a week. We will provide training to the right candidate who is willing to learn. Must be 16 or older!!

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots or pans using dishwashers or by hand
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Sort and stack clean dishes; Carry clean dishes to proper storage areas

Qualifications

• High integrity with a great attendance record
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Must have reliable transportation as bus routes don't run weekend nights
