Monday-Friday 6:30-10:30 pm

Saturday 5:30-9:30 pm

The Learning Kitchen, located in West Chester, OH, is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. We are passionate about delivering exceptional culinary experiences, and every role in our kitchen plays a vital part in making that happen.

As a Dishwasher at The Learning Kitchen, you’ll be an essential part of our operations, ensuring that our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. Your efforts will directly support our team in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Key Responsibilities

• Properly operate and utilize the commercial dishwashing machine and cleaning supplies.
• Follow proper dishwashing sequence according to the standard operating procedure.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, and other kitchen items.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all kitchen tools, utensils, and equipment.
• Ensure the kitchen and dishwashing area meet health and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform functions of the position alone and without assistance if necessary

What We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, you should bring the following:

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Attention to Detail: A commitment to cleanliness and organization.
• Team Player Attitude: Ability to work well with others and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Physical Stamina: Comfort with standing for extended periods and handling repetitive tasks. Perform in a limited physical space.
