Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a Family Medicine Physician in New Castle, Pennsylvania. This is a full-time outpatient opportunity focused on relationship-driven primary care within a supportive, team-based clinical environment.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive outpatient care to a diverse patient population. This role emphasizes continuity of care, patient relationships, and high-quality outcomes supported by a structured clinical team.

SCHEDULE
• Monday through Friday
• 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Outpatient-only setting

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $220,000+ based on experience
• Student loan repayment eligibility up to $75,000
• Compensation structure designed for long-term stability

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide comprehensive primary care services
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Develop individualized care plans
• Build long-term relationships with patients and families
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Focus on preventive care and patient education
