Salary: $100,000 to $250,000 +

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Finance Director to lead our F&I department with integrity, precision, and performance. This is a premier opportunity for a proven leader who understands that in a luxury environment, every detail — and every deal — matters.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Insurance team

• Drive profitability while maintaining full compliance with all state and federal regulations

• Structure deals, secure lender approvals, and maximize product penetration

• Partner with Sales Management to ensure seamless deal flow and an exceptional client experience

• Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to exceed goals

• Maintain strong relationships with lenders and product providers

Preferred:

• Proven success as an Automotive Finance Manager or Director.

• Strong leadership and team development skills.

• Deep knowledge of compliance, contracts, and lender relations.

• High level of integrity and professionalism.

• Track record of maximizing PVR and product penetration.

• Excellent communication and closing skills.

Required:

• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.

(The Finance Director Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges.  Wages include Base Hourly Compensation. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance.  The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.)

Schedule:

• Full Time
• Monday through Sunday availability
• Weekends required
