Position Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager with strong sales capabilities to lead fire protection projects from concept through completion while driving new business growth.


This is a hybrid role ideal for someone who understands fire protection systems, estimating, and client relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage fire protection projects (sprinkler systems, suppression systems, etc.) from bid through closeout
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to generate new business
  • Interpret drawings, specs, and NFPA codes/standards
  • Assist with system layout and design coordination
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, field, fabrication)
  • Oversee project budgets, timelines, and profitability
  • Participate in estimating, proposals, and sales strategy

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 (depending on experience)

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in fire protection, sprinkler systems, or related construction trades
  • Experience with system layout/design (AutoCAD, HydraCAD, or similar preferred)
  • Strong understanding of NFPA standards and code compliance
  • Proven ability in client-facing roles, estimating, or sales
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
Salary Description
$90,000 - $120,000 + Bonus
