Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead regional financial planning processes, including Annual Operating Plan (OP), quarterly forecasts, long-range planning (LRP), and monthly closing reviews.
Own regional P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow performance analysis, ensuring accurate forecasting of revenue, margin, working capital, and structural costs.
Drive financial visibility across orders, sales, backlog, margins, cost of goods sold, SG&A, and cash conversion metrics.
Provide actionable insights and variance analysis to senior leadership, highlighting risks and opportunities to ensure delivery of financial commitments.
Partner with Commercial and Operations teams to optimize pricing strategies, cost structures, and productivity initiatives.
Develop robust financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions, investments, and resource allocation.
Serve as a best-practice and quality resource for financial processes, tools, and reporting standards across the region.
Contribute to regional strategy development and ensure alignment between financial targets and operational execution.
Act as a key finance business partner and primary FP&A contact for regional leadership and global stakeholders.
Influence cross-functional teams through clear communication of complex financial concepts and data-driven recommendations.
Lead and develop a diverse FP&A team, fostering a high-performance and continuous improvement culture.
Drive improvements in forecasting accuracy, reporting automation, and financial governance.
Operate with moderate autonomy within broad corporate guidelines, exercising strong evaluative judgment on complex financial matters.
Use technical expertise and advanced data analytics to support strategic recommendations.
Leverage multiple internal data sources and relevant external market insights to inform business decisions.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelors & any degree... Masters, CPA, or equivalent degree in Finance, business administration
Language: English (fluent speaking and writing)
Experience in handling EPC Projects
Significant experience in Finance & Financial Planning and Analysis. Preferably in industrial segment w/ Project Business experience.
Experience in the use of SAP and Reporting tools
Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in managing relationships within a complex matrix environment.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $107,600.00 and $179,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
