Candidate will have the following: Minimum 6 years of experience handling business and financial transactions within the healthcare industry ; Experience within a large law firm setting (experience will be current or very recent) ; Keen knowledge of complex healthcare regulations like HIPAA and anti-kickback laws ; Experience negotiating contracts for everything from physician practices to technology companies.
Stellar academic credentials (Law Review and/or Moot Court accolades desired); Strong research, verbal & written communication skills, and analytic skills required ; DC Bar.
