Mechanical Preservation Associates, Inc. (MPA) is a New Jersey based, full service Mechanical Contractor specializing in commercial Mechanical, HVAC, BMS Controls and Process systems. We are differentiated by our depth of OEM and applications experience, and through our 7x24 service capabilities.

We are looking for experienced HVAC service technicians with broad experience servicing Heating & Air Conditioning systems. If you are looking for a company that cares about their employees and customers, and you have at least 5 years of experience independently responding to service calls from commercial, public and industrial customers, we would love to hear from you! Compensation: Full time hourly, private work rate based on experience, and NJ prevailing wage determinations for public work. Compensation package includes medical and dental insurance, 401K, company truck and gas card, paid time off for holiday, vacation and sick days, professional development, training and performance bonuses.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Work Location: One office location; service area is mostly Northern and Central Jersey

 Job Requirements:

• Broad experience trouble-shooting and      servicing air handlers, cooling towers, and commercial forced air heating      & AC systems.
• Experience servicing boilers and      heating systems.
• Experience with electrical      troubleshooting.
• Good verbal and written communication      and customer service skills.
• Applicants must have a valid driver’s      license.
