Infusion Delivery Driver Position Summary
We’re looking for a reliable Infusion Delivery Driver to support our evening home infusion operations. In this role, you’ll deliver time-sensitive infusion medications and supplies to patients across the Valley. You’ll be a key part of ensuring patients receive the treatments they depend on—safely, accurately, and on schedule.This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in being dependable, and wants a meaningful role in the healthcare field without needing clinical experience.
Infusion Delivery Driver Key Responsibilities
Picking, Packing & Preparing Infusion Deliveries
- Accurately pick and pack medications and supply items based on prescription and delivery requirements
- Handle products according to drug storage and temperature requirements, including refrigerated or room-temperature items
- Verify accuracy of items prior to loading for delivery
Timely Delivery of Infusion Supplies
- Deliver medications, pumps, and supplies to patients’ homes
- Ensure accuracy of delivery items and documentation
- Follow established routes and schedules for efficient service
Patient Interaction & Professional Service
- Provide friendly, respectful communication with patients and caregivers
- Maintain professionalism and compassion in every home you enter
Safety, Communication & Compliance
- Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with all traffic and agency guidelines
- Follow handling procedures for medical products
- Maintain communication with dispatch, pharmacy, and nursing teams
- Complete electronic delivery confirmations and logs
Vehicle & Equipment Care
- Keep company vehicle clean, fueled, and report any maintenance needs
- Use company-issued phone for routing and communication
Infusion Delivery Driver Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver’s license and clean driving record (required)
- Ability to lift and carry up to ~30 lbs (required)
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and customer-service mindset
- Comfortable driving across the Valley during evening hours
- Previous delivery, courier, medical supply, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
