Performance Responsibilities

1. Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls
2. Handling all interactions with respect

Reports to: Manager of Legal Account Representative

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $20 per hour

Shift:

• 8 hour shift for full time
• Minimum 15 hours per week for part time
• Day shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday

Work Location: One location

Qualifications

1. Excellent verbal and written communication
2. Comfortable managing phone calls and electronic correspondence
3. Strong time-management skills
4. High attention to detail and reliable follow-through
5. Dependable, focused, and able to multitask
6. Strict adherence to confidentiality standards
7. Must love dogs

Education: High School diploma or equivalent
