Job Responsibilities


  • Manage and schedule all intracompany and 3rd party assembly locations, including ensuring supply chain needs are scheduled to meet demand.
  • Develop and maintain the master production schedule to ensure alignment with demand forecasts and inventory targets.
  • Coordinate with production, procurement, and inventory teams to optimize manufacturing efficiency and resource allocation.
  • Serves as the central key organizer of all functions (sales, supply chain, production, shipping) in order to accommodate weekly production schedules.
  • Analyze production data and adjust schedules to address capacity constraints, material availability, and changing demand.
  • Monitor production progress, identify delays or bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to integrate customer orders and forecasts into the production plan.
  • Utilize ERP systems to manage scheduling data and ensure accuracy in production planning processes.
  • Conduct regular meetings with cross-functional teams to review and update the production schedule.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in scheduling and production planning.
  • Prepare and present production schedule reports and performance metrics to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all scheduling activities.



Requirements

 Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in production scheduling or planning in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in production planning software and MRP/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and production workflows
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and other process improvement methodologies
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports
