Meat Production Associate

Summary of Position

The Meat Production "Cutter" position is critical in executing efficient, high-volume, and high-quality production. The key focus is on meeting yield and quality standards while ensuring accuracy, flexibility, and safety on the Production Floor. We are looking for an individual to work in various areas of the meat production room, including, but not limited to, our packaging department and meat trimming table. 

Position Duties and Responsibilities

• Completing daily and monthly production needs through hands on manufacturing of stock, JIT and special-order needs, and packaging.
• Employee will understand knowledge of production yield, quality standards, and adherence to department policies and procedures.
• Demonstrates and models behavior consistent with the department’s core values and assists with maintaining an environment most conducive to success for the production team and beyond.
• Team member will consistently perform all duties related to department and product handling tasks in a way that models the production team policies, procedures, a standards and will be a relied upon contributor to a positive environment where beneficial changes to departmental policy are embraced.
• Assist with other special assignments as assigned.
• Perform all the above duties in a timely, courteous manner with Respect for all Company Personnel and Property and report any concerns immediately.

Schedule

Sunday-Thursday- NIGHTS! 10 pm-6:30am
